Citrix XEN VM Boot Error code: INVALID_SOURCE Unable to Boot from CD/DVD
You have installed Citrix Xen Cloud Platform (XCP) and configured it (including network, templates, OS ISO’s etc.; even you have created your first VM with the help of documentation provided by Citrix but when you try to boot your VM for first time it throws following error as Citrix is not able to boot the VM from CD/DVD drives which are attached to it.
Error code: INVALID_SOURCE
Error parameters: Unable to access a required file in the specified repository: file:///tmp/cdrom-repo-vIHKIE/install.amd/xen/vmlinuz., ,
The problem here is the boot order for the VM is not properly set (through Template) at the time of VM creation and VM remains Halted

cPanel Enkompass is available free of charge now
cPanel has decided to provide Enkompass free of charge. Enkompass is a Multi-server Windows Hosting Control Panel for Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 with same functions, feel and looks as cPanel/WHM.
cPanel Vice President of Product Development Ben Thomas, “All options for moving this product mainstream were considered, but ultimately the decision was made to move Enkompass to a no-cost control panel”. Guide to MS SQL 2008 Transactional Replication (Create Publisher) Part-III
Publisher is the Primary or Master server which host the original data or database where actual or real-time changes/updates are made. In this Post I am going to explain how to configure Publisher.
After you configure the Distributor Server (Guide to MS SQL 2008 Transactional Replication (Configure Distributor) Part-II) now I will explain how you can create & configure the Publisher.
Create & Configure Publisher
1) Select the Transactional Databases: Login to MSSQL Management Studio and go to Server >> Replication (right Click) >> Publisher Properties >> Publication Databases >> Select the database you want as Transactional Database and press OK.
2) Now under Replication Right click on Local Publication and select “New Publication…”
3) New Publication Wizard window will open; Press Next.
4) Publication Database: Select the database you want to publish and click on Next.
5) Publication type: You have to select the publication type you want to create. Select “Transactional Publication” and click on Next.
6) Articles: You have to select the objects which will be published. If you have stored procedures and views in your table you can either publish along with views or stored procedure.
7) Filter Table Rows: If you want to filter rows or don’t want to publish any row you can add filter here or you can just press Next without adding filter.
Guide to MS SQL 2008 Transactional Replication (Configure Distributor) Part – II
Distributor manage the data flow in complete replication setup. This post shows how you can configure Distributor and what the basic pre-configuration checklist
In previous article (Step by Step Guide to MS SQL 2008 Transactional Replication over Internet Part – I) I have explained replication and how transactional replication work. Now I am going to explain some pre-configuration settings which need to be done before setting up MSSQL replication over Internet and also I will tell how to configure a Distribution Agent.
Servers:
As we have seen in the Scenario that there are two servers i.e. one in US and second in India and following are the details
US Server:
Hostname: Master-DB
IP Address: 1.2.3.4
India Server:
Hostname: Slave-DB
IP Address: 4.3.2.1
Pre-configuration Settings:
MSSQL Version: Before configuring MSSQL Replication make sure same edition and version of MSSQL is installed on both the servers and also both have same versions of updates installed.
Server Hostname: Hostname plays a very important role in MSSQL Replication as it doesn’t support IP based Replication. So, its important that hostname of both the servers should resolve each other. This can be easily done by adding both the names in hosts file. Open and add following lines in hosts file located at “C:/WINDOWS/system32/drivers/etc/hosts” on both the servers.
4.3.2.1 Slave-DB
Hostname in Database: Make sure the hostname you have set for the server is set for network name and the SQL Server instance name as well other wise you will get error “SQL Server replication requires the actual server name to make a connection to the server. Specify the actual server name.”
Setup Distributor Agent
In this setup we can going to configure the Distributor and Publisher on single server and following are the steps to configure Distributor.
1) Open MSSQL Management Studio on “Master-DB” Server and login into it using the Hostname.
2) Under Localhost right click on Replication folder and select “Configure Distribution…“
